Flex Structure Demonstrated by Exhibit Exchange Hi, it’s Mark with Exhibit Exchange. I’ve got an exciting new product that, I want to show you. It’s imported from England, and available out of Vancouver. We use this in our rental programs to, build counters. It’s basically a bundle of twigs, right? That you put together with these like this. You can build much larger exhibits, like this. Entirely tool less so that you don’t need to use union labor on-site. It could look like a rather flimsy object at first. It’s kind of fun to play with me and my toys. It’s all about my toys. And then we could rigidize this product like this to make a very rigid structure. Rigidize is not a word is it? We can also build kiosks very simply. By utilizing weights to build large kiosk and back walls, we can also put feet on it, we can attach it to other systems, by utilizing this clip that has adjustable T-nuts, for like octonorm stuff like that. By applying Velcro or magnetic strips, we can directly print graphics onto it. Countertops, anyways we call it Flex. So, uh we’re pretty excited about this, brand new. Nobody else has this, is a rental. We’ve invested extensively in it. Flex Structure Demonstrated by Exhibit Exchange So, my name’s Mark from Exhibit Exchange.
Exhibit Exchange Demonstrates Exhibit Assembly Hey, good morning. It’s Mark Kiley with Exhibit Exchange, I wanted to show you one of are more popular rental options. This is called, Tricks, it’s a lightweight aluminum, frame system, this represents the, 5 foot radius, come into, 10 foot radius, and also the flats you see in the background. This represents how extensively we’ve, invested in the particular, product what’s nice about is that it’s extremely light weight. This frame is only maybe about ten pounds. What we do is we put the hard Velcro into this cavity right here, and then we can apply, digital graphics, just like that. And from frame to frame we only have a 3 millimeter gap, 1/8 inch. It comes with personal doors, shelving, and monitor. We’ve held very heavy monitors on here, up to 80 inch diagonals, that weigh a couple hundred pounds. Show you how it assembles, here’s another curve frame. Real simple, to work with, so if you can imagine, you put the frames together first, then you put your end fills in, mount your monitors, mount your shelving, so you take this connector, entirely tool less, it’s gotten knurled ends on it. Just slide it in like that. Couple of these and your frame is put together. And of course we’d use these on the vertical also. The other nice thing is that you can run all your electrical right through this whole panel. So the whole pattern is your assembling method, your electrical pathway, okay? And it’s a lot easier to take apart than it’s to put together in both assemblies. So that’s the standard frame. We use this to build counters. And the built back walls. I wanted to show you a couple of programs that we’re currently doing. This one is for Ford Field. These are hospitality desks, we’re going to be building 5 of these, these will be installed next week, prior to the next Lions game, hope they win. You can see a few details I hope, this will be dimensional lettering which will be custom painted, be 1 inch thick, adhere to the top of the back wall. That wall has been custom sized at 10 foot height, you can see it behind me, and then the counter here, its right here, and all of this is direct prints, and we’ll have a lighting package. This is a purchase, 5 of these units. But what we’re very best at is rentals. This is one we’re doing for an Italian firm, Comiconica. Can you see that alright? This is going to be a 30 by 50 foot exhibit rental program. We’re going to have custom light boxes, double-sided light boxes. These are being built. These are 10 foot by 16 foot. We’ll have 2 of them, double-sided. All brand new and they are high tech. The furniture is supplied by us. We’re also doing these waterfalls. I don’t know anybody else that does waterfalls for rentals except for me. It has a reception counter bar and three conference rooms. This is going to be our new LED wall 16 by 10, 550,000 LED lights that’s a rental. This was a purchase we did for a company in Troy Belmont that were enamored with the system. So they chose to purchase this. This was done for an Irish firm, who went to the solar show, this was a rental, and this shows how you can articulate using different radiuses and straights. With incredibly great graphics and this globe right here is again one of our rentals. We have 3 of these in stock. This is 2 meters in diameter. 6 foot 6. And it’s illuminated with echo lights, the equivalent of 1,400 watts. So anyways, that’s the trick system. Exhibit Exchange Demonstrates Exhibit Assembly Hope we can do a program for you and this is Mark with Exhibit Exchange. You can reach us at exhibitexchange.com. Thank you for listening.
Exhibit Exchange Globe Rentals This is Mark with exhibit exchange, want to introduce another of our very unique rentals, this globe is 2 meters in diameter 6 foot 6, and it’s imported from France, so you say France, anyways it’s kind of cool thing that, this is normally suspended from the ceiling by this cable, it comes with about 20 feet of cable, runs on standard 110, runs a fan unit right here which inflates the unit in about 20 minutes, and also runs a echo lighting inside, which is the equivalent of 1400 watts. Now you see it just deflated there, and what we do is we apply a vinyl applicator to it in a variety of colors to represent our client brand, a little clumsy but, anyways this called our globes, or orbs. These come in different sizes this one’s 2 meters, can get 3 meter, 4 meter. 5 meter, 3 meter, for instance, would be 10 feet. Anyways nobody else has these for rent. We have 3 in stock. One of these is actually a topographical photographic view of the globe and I’ll set that up at a later date and let you see what that looks like. This is Mark with Exhibit Exchange. Thank you.
Exhibit Rentals Designed for the Client It’s Mark with Exhibit Exchange. I wanted to talk briefly about some of our ongoing or programs that just we’ve just completed. And show the diversity of our rental programs and our clientele. This company for instance is out of Japan, Exedy Daikin. They make racing clutches. They’ve been using Exhibit Exchange for the SEMA programs in Las Vegas for the last 3 or 4 years. The advantages of rentals are of course, every year you can have a different look. This is 2 years ago, or actually this is this year, utilizing the new video wall; its 5 meters by 3 meters, 16 by 10 feet. This was last year. This is Federal Mogul in the parking industry. They just got purchased by 3M, they’ve been so successful. Pentax is an Italian firm attending the Idea Show in Miami Beach and they’ll be that’s a show that’s every 3 years. Why would you want to own a booth when you can rent? Prisco goes to the Graph Expo at McCormack. They’re out of New Jersey. This is 50 by 80 feet, so that’s 4,000 square feet right there. Their machinery is here. We did conference rooms, hospitality and we call this the crow’s nest, where the Presidents and VP’s would sit. PCS is one of our few Michigan clients. At the Plastic Show in Orlando, NLB is another Michigan firm. They go to the Pumper Cleaner in Louisville. Faulker is a German firm. They go to the Pack Expo. They’ve been utilizing our services for the last 4 years. With this we introduced our new waterfalls. These are 1 meter by 2 1/2 meter waterfalls that we custom built. And these are rentals. Zolar is a German firm. And at it’s in Chicago. They’ve been utilizing our services for the last 7 years. Palay is an English firm. They went to MI Nexpo in Las Vegas and utilized one or our two double decks. Mainstream is out of Ireland. This is an illuminated globe. This was at the Solar Show in Dallas. Zimmerman again utilized. Bring up the media wall conference room, storage room, this huge, we call it the designer cube; this is 6 meter by 6 meter by 5. Pride is out of Columbus Ohio and they are awarding us, this work, this needs to ship in 5 weeks, Baldwin is Swedish attending the graph expo, Scodiks is Israeli they’ve been utilizing are services for 2 graph expos, we have a very fine relationship with Ella and Gary, is German they’ve utilized us for 2 INTS’s at McCormick, Fon Mcconica is Italian they attend the idea show in Miami beach, we’ve done 4 idea’s with them. Local is a brand new client out of Turkey and they will be attending the idea show in Miami Beach.
Exhibit Exchange Media Wall Demonstration Hi. Good day. My name is Mark Kiely. I own a company called Exhibit Exchange in Detroit and we specialize in rental programs. It’s 90% of our business. We’ll be shipping almost 5,000 square meters, that’s about 15,000 square feet of rentals to the IMTS show, this September. One of our exciting new opportunities is our new media screen. I’d like to introduce you to it. We call it the media wall. It’s fully 16 feet wide, 5 meters, fully 10 feet tall. That’s 3 inch. It’s got 550.000 pixels. And it’s a 150% brighter than the brightest LCD. It can be reconfigured in any increment of half meter. That’s roughly 19 inches. So you can imagine it like this or as a strongly horizontal format. Exhibit Exchange Media Wall Demonstration So anyways I hope you’ll contact us at 586-781-3331 or visit our website exhibitexchange.com. Thank you for your time.
Exhibit Exchange was recently awarded a total of 12,000 square feet (4,000 square meters) of rental exhibits for eight clients at the IMTS show this September. Our clients were not only pleased with the products and services provided by Exhibit Exchange, but more importantly, the quality and quantity of leads at the show exceeded their expectations. At IMTS, Exhibit Exchange introduced an exciting new rental opportunity unique to our industry. Our new LED media wall created a dynamic and powerful presentation tool for our client, Zimmermann. It consists of 60 panels that can be placed in any configuration or size to create the most impact to accompany any trade show marketing. For IMTS, all 60 panels were used to create a 15 foot wide by 10 foot high (5 meters by 3 meters) media wall with a picture 150% brighter than an LCD display. This is now available to our other clients interested in having an effectual presence at their next trade show. View Our Displays
